start with a wide leg stance. turn your rightfoot out. make sure that the right heel is bisecting your left arch. then, sweep yourarms out and turn the palms face upward to lift your heart up and receive a more fullbreath. from that expanse, stretch the right waistline over the right leg keeping the rightleg straight and take your fingertips to the floor or it can be helpful to use a blockhere. stretch the left arm up toward the sky. and then inhale come all the back up. youcan take your block with you to the second side. sweep your arms out. again, turn thepalms face upward to receive the breath. keep your left leg straight the whole time as youlengthen over your left leg and take the fingertips to the block or to the floor. stretch theright arm up to the sky. even turn your heart
more open toward the sky. and, then inhale. lift all the way back up.turn your left foot in and come back to the center.
