stand firmly; take your left foot half step backward stand firmly with your right foot, inhaleraise your heels, stand with your toes, exhale press your left heel downward, inhale, stretch up, exhale press your left heel downward with right foot still on the stepinhale and stretch up exhale. lower your left foot with your right foot on the step inhale, then switch sides. put your left down and take your right foot half step backward inhale, lift your heels, stand with your toes, exhale bring down your feet.repeat these steps 3-4 times
it’s unnecessary to use a step,using stairs will be fine as well hold onto a handrail for your own safety once you’re done, relax your body,bring your feet up to the step, and then down
