hi everyone, welcome to ekhart yoga, my nameis esther and today i just want to show you a verysimple move you can do anytime throughout the day to improve your posture it's amove we use a lot in yoga so it's very simple rotating the upper arm bonesout or so just rolling the upper arms out your lower arms just follow along your shoulders move onto the back yourchest opens and you get immediately more air so i will show you the differencewhat it looks like from the side so if you face this way if you are standing without awareness most likelymost people the shoulder still sort of

hunch forward a little bit you don'tsee it from the front you see it from the sides so to counter act that to improve your posture again all you need todo is just role those upper arms out opening your chestshoulder blades on the back and everything changes eventhe neck changes from doing that so to make sure you're not overdoing it in your ending up with your chest all the way open then you're going tosoften you're front ribs so two actions rolling the upper arms out softening the front

ribs and then your chest is open your lungsare open air the take in off air increasesand you will feel suddenly better you don't only lookbetter but you feel better ok i hope it's helpful for you and let me knowthe change it will bring in your daily life it is something you have to state it throughout the day every time you thinkabout it remind yourself to open up rolling the upper arms out softening the front ribs
